Small Business Grant Program
Regardless of the size of the company, a discount code has been established for any Chattanooga based company, with up to 50% of the annual membership fee covered. Please email dawn@rivercitycompany.com for more information on how to access the discount code.
For local small businesses (50 employees or less), a grant program has been established to cover part of the fees associated with the program. A limited number of grants are available, and if accepted, the trainings will be made available to the business for 1 year for only $175 vs the normal membership fee of $999.

Online Training for Local Businesses
In partnership with Homeless Training, River City Company, Downtown Chattanooga Alliance, Chattanooga Tourism Company and Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, will offer a new online empathy-based training program to local businesses and their employees.
The online training video series provides 10 five-minute videos with proven methods for de-escalating situations with individuals struggling with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, etc. These trainings were created for McDonalds by Ryan Dowd, an expert in dealing with vulnerable populations. To support small businesses (50 employees and under), a grant program has been established to partially cover the cost for the annual membership fee. In addition to the grant program, regardless of business size, a 50% discount will be provided to Chattanooga businesses through a discount code.
The informational webinars will provide a preview of the online videos along with information on the grant program and discount code. As proprietary information will be shared during the webinar, unfortunately a recording of the webinar can not be provided.
