Timmy Johnson, Facilities Manager

Timmy Johnson joined River City Company in 2016 as the Facilities Manager and oversees maintenance and grounds for all River City Company properties including Miller Plaza. Timmy is originally from Lebanon, Tennessee and has over 20 years of experience in facility service.

Working at the Cracker Barrel corporate headquarters for 13 years, Timmy oversaw the grounds and building maintenance for the home office campus, which consisted of eight buildings on 100 acres. With a move to the corporate headquarters for Santek Waste Services in 2004, Timmy served as the Facilities Manager there for 10 years.

When not at work, Timmy is an avid runner who has completed 12 marathons, 1 ultra-marathon – the Rock/Creek Stump Jump 50K and finished the IRONMAN Chattanooga in 2015. Timmy’s goal is to run a marathon in every state and has 8 states checked off the list so far.
