Amanda Mayo Leming, Director of Operations & Special Projects

Amanda Mayo Leming has been rolling up her sleeves and getting things done in the world of property management, with a specialty in business development and project wrangling since 2009. She spent over ten years knee-deep in the fast-paced world of multi-family housing right here in the greater Chattanooga area, learning the ins and outs of what makes a community thrive.

But Amanda’s impact goes far beyond buildings and blueprints. She’s passionate about equity and inclusion, which shines through in her nearly eight years serving on the Nightingale Network Grant Committee and Board of Directors for the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga. She’s also brought her leadership skills to the Nooga Diversity Center, where she served as Board Secretary for two years. She currently sits on the Board for the Children's Advocacy Center of Hamilton County, where they empower the community to believe and protect every child from abuse through help, hope, and healing.

Now, as our Director of Operations & Special Projects, Amanda is channeling her energy and experience into keeping River City Company's back of house running while we're busy making downtown Chattanooga a welcoming and accessible space for everyone!

When not working, Amanda enjoys traveling with her husband Greg, planning trips for friends, or spending time with their two retrievers, Frank and Charles, and cats, Edith and Sam.
