A product of more than a year long process with 15 stakeholder groups, the Chattanooga Health and Wellness District study outlines a plan for the development of a first-class health and wellness district that will serve as a new center of innovation, economic growth, and opportunity for the City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, and the State of Tennessee.

The district – situated along a 3-mile stretch of the 3rd & 4th Street Corridor – will build upon the historic level of recent investment by institutional and corporate anchors and the public sector, and leverage the city’s growing innovation ecosystem, to drive research, attract talent, create jobs, spur business, and create opportunity for existing and new residents, workers, and visitors of Chattanooga.
