Cooper’s Alley is a public space designed to be accessible to and used by the Chattanooga community. The alley has hosted a variety of public programs and community events to welcome audiences to experience the space in unique ways.
• If interested in hosting an event in Cooper’s Alley, please fill out the application 45 days in advance to the proposed event.
• River City Company will notify affected businesses at least 30 days prior to the event. Businesses have exactly 7 days to respond to notification with any feedback or concerns.
• The alley cannot be closed to the general public at any time during events.
• Further permits with the City of Chattanooga may be required for your event.
Multiple businesses are located along the alleyway, we recommend partnering with them to add to the quality and ease of programming your event like bar services, pop up food, coffee, and cigars. Nearby businesses include: Unknown Caller, Bantam & Biddy, Burns Tobacco, Shangri-la, Chattanooga Billiards Club, Cadence Coffee, Market City Center and more!
