Art In Motion:

A collaboration between CARTA, Public Art Chattanooga and River City Company in 2011 to transform CARTA downtown electric shuttles into mobile public works of art by five local artists. You can still see a few of the Art in Motion shuttles zooming around Downtown Chattanooga today.
